What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality.
