The role involves update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset. You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
