Gtaw welder wanted in Val Verde County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Val Verde County, Texas. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height You will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
