Food and beverage server — Rutherford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Rutherford County, North Carolina. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Full-time with occasional weekends.
