Site safety steward — Dallas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Dallas County, Texas. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
