Prep cook wanted in Portage County

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Portage County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
