Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Blaine County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
