Great opportunity: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Denver County, Colorado. The job is in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
