Pipe tig welder wanted in Beaver County

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Beaver County, Utah. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
