Aluminium door and window fabricator — Hale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Hale County, Alabama. The job is on a commercial shopfront installation. Day-to-day duties: • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors What we are looking for: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints Six days a week, one day off. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
