Immediate opening: stainless steel welder (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Dent County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day to day you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
