We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Simpson County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
