Confectioner wanted in Mid Ulster

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
