Great opportunity: dough maker (Kaduna State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Zangon Kataf, Kaduna State. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
