Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On a typical shift you will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
