Lift erector wanted in Alcorn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift erector in Alcorn County, Mississippi. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables Rotating shifts. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
