Plant operator • Bladen County, North Carolina

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Bladen County, North Carolina. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. On the job you will handle: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels What we are looking for: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
