Urgent requirement: gang bricklayer (Alabama)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Covington County, Alabama. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Full-time with occasional weekends.
