Argon welding operator wanted in Essex County

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Essex County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
