Cnc turning machinist — Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Montgomery County, Kansas. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
