Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Arapahoe County, Colorado. You will be based at a road-building project. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
