Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
