Great opportunity: crawler crane operator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Coffee County, Alabama. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work Your main tasks: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
