Tube and fitting scaffolder — City of Suffolk

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in City of Suffolk, Virginia. The job is on a residential housing development. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings You will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
