Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Lee County, Iowa. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day to day you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
