Chef de partie — Irepodun/Ifelodun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Irepodun/Ifelodun, Ekiti State. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
