Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in DeSoto County, Florida. The job is at a dealership paint shop. Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Full-time with occasional weekends.
