Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
