Heavy equipment operator • Adams County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Adams County, Ohio. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Day to day you will check for underground cables and services before digging; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
