Head butcher • Akure South, Ondo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Akure South, Ondo State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
