We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Worcestershire, England. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
