Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
