The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
