Great opportunity: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Monroe County, Alabama. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. On the job you will handle: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Full-time, day shift.
