Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
