Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Jefferson County, Kansas. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will grind back and re-weld any defective runs; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
