Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Gadsden County, Florida. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Your main tasks: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
