We are recruiting: we are hiring a factory worker in Wabash County, Illinois. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly Day-to-day duties: • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Check products against the sample for colour, size and finish • Operate and feed production machines on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
