Cabinet maker wanted in City of Lynchburg

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cabinet maker in City of Lynchburg, Virginia. You will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
