Day to day you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Full-time, day shift.
