Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Clay County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency 3+ years on the tools preferred.
