Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Monroe County, Iowa. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
