Fabrication workshop technician — Bethel Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
