Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On a typical shift you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
