Now hiring: furniture maker (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furniture maker in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will work on a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
