You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
