Concrete labourer — Buffalo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a metro and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage The role involves: • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
