Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Harris County, Georgia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
