Gas installation technician — Warren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Warren County, New Jersey. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Your main tasks: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders 6+ years on the tools preferred.
