Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Careful handling of tools and components The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
